Saravana Kumar is the Founder and CEO of RECPOC Management Consultants. He has more than 20 years of experience in recruiting talent for varied Industry sectors.
During his early career at Ma Foi Management Consultants, he hired people for many big manufacturing, process companies, consumer and retail companies in Chennai. This helped him learn how to spot & hire great engineering, industrial, consumer & retail talent.
Later, Saravana worked at Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, and Atos. In these companies, he focused on hiring people for IT and BPO jobs. His job was to find hundreds of talented tech workers quickly and ensure on-time fulfilment of job vacancies smoothly.
Today, Saravana runs RECPOC Management Consultants, a firm he founded to serve companies in Manufacturing, Process Industries, IT, and BPO.
